It’s Christmas time again, but for old Saint Nick to get down the chimney his reindeer are going to have to help him out. The goal of this game is for the reindeer to line up the shot to the chimney, avoiding all of the obstacles and kicking Santa right down the chimney so he can get all his presents properly delivered.
Gameplay and Controls
Super Santa Kicker is a casual game, and as such it uses nothing more than the mouse for its control. Players line up the angle of the shot (represented by the direction of the pale arrow) and the power of the shot (represented by the size of the arrow). Once the shot is lined up how the player wants, all he or she has to do is click the left mouse button, and the reindeer will let fly. If Santa hits the target then down the chimney he goes, ho-ho-hoing all the way. If the reindeer misses then another Santa appears, letting players line up and try the shot again.
The physics of the game is very similar to Angry Birds, and in fact it appears to have been built with the fan base of that game in mind. While it can take some time to get a hold of exactly how the physics work, once a player has them it’s the simplest thing in the world to line up a shot and sink the fat man every, single time.
Tips and Tricks
While Super Santa Kicker is an extremely simple game, there are one or two good tricks that players can use to get him down the chimney. One is that players get multiple Santas, so they might as well use them. Since so many of the obstacles are angled roofs, it’s possible to stack up a few Santas and use them as a ramp to roll the last one into the chimney. It isn’t ideal, but if players miss the hole then they might as well use the Santa on the roof for something.
Aside from stacking up the men in red suits to help players get over obstacles though, Super Santa Kicker is a pretty straightforward game. All players have to do is learn how to judge where Santa’s going to go, and to adjust their next kick accordingly if he flies too far, too high, or really if he goes too anything at all.
Play Early, Play Often
We offer Super Santa Kicker, but that is far from the only game we’ve made available for those who want to have a bit of fun for the low, low cost of nothing. We don’t bother with complex memberships, and we see no reason to charge people money just to play a few simple games. All we ask in return is that players bring their friends so that everyone can enjoy a good, solid game whenever they want from any device that has a solid Internet connection. Why go somewhere that offers less?
